Add a User Defined Popup List

1. From either the Find List dialog or from the List Details, click Add New List to add a new user defined popup list.
2. Enter the title (required) and the description (optional), and then click Save to add the new list. This will add the new list to the database. Click Cancel at any time (before Save) to not create the new list.
3. Start adding list elements and levels.
