View a User Defined Popup List

1. To view existing user defined popup lists, click List.

   Note: Title or Description can be specified as filter criteria before clicking List.

2. To view details for an existing user defined popup list, double-click the associated row. There are also keyboard shortcuts to help save time. After clicking the List button, use j to move down the lists, k to move up the lists, and o to open a list to view its details.

The details for a list are shown in a tree view or an outline view. This represents a hierarchical view of the user list details. The list can have a number of levels, and each level can have a number of list elements. A level can be expanded to reveal elements, if any exist, and collapsed to hide elements.

Selecting a level node in the tree view will also show a grid of the elements that it contains. At the top of that list, there is an area to edit the details of the level. Elements can be added to a level by clicking the Add Element button.

Each element can be edited – just click the element in either the tree view or in the grid, and the available action buttons will be enabled.
