The tree view displays the popup list levels and elements configured for the popup list. To make changes to an element, expand the tree to find the element, the click on it to enable the action buttons for it.
Open an existing list to view the details.
Expand the level to edit in the tree view.
To add a new element to the current level, click Add Element.
To edit an existing element, click on the element in either the tree view or the element grid. The following actions will be enabled depending on the element's current state:
Edit Title: To change the element title, click Edit Title, make changes to the title, and click Save. Click Cancel to close the edit dialog.
Move To Top: To move the element's location up the top of the list, click Move To Top.
Make Default: To make an element the default, click Make Default.
Make Active: To change an element from Default (or Inactive) to Active, click Make Make Active.
Make Inactive: To change an element from Active to Inactive, click Make Inactive.
Move Up: To move the element's location up the list, click Move Up.
Move Down: To move the element's location down the list, click Move Down.
Delete: To remove an element, click Delete.
Clone: To clone the current element (and all of its children), click Clone, make changes to the new title, and click Clone. Click Cancel to close the dialog.
Add Level: To add a level below an element, click Add Level. This will be disabled if there is already a level defined.
Note: All changes are committed to the database immediately after each action.
