Add an Action to a Business Rule

  1. Select the business rule in the list.
  2. On the Actions tab, select New Action.
  3. In the new window, enter the Action Title and the new action data.

    Note: The only required information for a new action is the Action Title (Notify Lists tab) and Message (Frequency & Messages tab). All other information is optional. For more detailed information on this section, see Define Notifications and/or Define the Frequency and Content of the Notification.

  4. To add the new action, select Save.
  5. To save the new action to the business rule, select Replace.
