The Manage Business Rules - Action window opens when you click New Action or Open Action from the Actions tab on the Manage Business Rules page.
The Notify Lists tab defines who will be notified and with what urgency. Individual users can be notified, as can aliases. Aliases are resolved when the business rule is executed.
In the Manage Business Rules - Action window on the Notify Lists tab, the following can be defined:
Select a user or alias: To filter the users and aliases listed in this section, enter a search filter and select List. Then select a user or alias from the list, and click the top or bottom arrow button to add the selection to either the Notify or CC lists.
Assign an urgency level to the user or alias: Use the checkboxes to select the user or alias, and use the dropdown list to assign an urgency to the message.
Remove a user or alias from the notify list: Use the checkboxes to select the user or alias. Next, select Remove Selected.
