Define the Frequency and Content of the Notification
The Manage Business Rules - Action window opens when you click New Action or Open Action from the Actions tab on the Manage Business Rules page.
The Frequency & Messages tab defines when the business rule will run, how often it should repeat, how long it should repeat, and what the message to be sent is. Messages can include variables, which are resolved when the business rule is executed.

The time can also be set to Negative Time, meaning that the action will be set to take place before the timestamp. Next to User, choose what time system to use. Using the From dropdown list, tell the system when to start the business rule. For example, the system can track the business rule when the starting event occurs or after a predefined elapsed time.

The time can also be set to Negative Time, meaning that the action will be set to repeat before the timestamp. Set how long the business rule action should repeat: Next to For, select the clock button. Enter for how long the action should repeat.
