Update a Queue

  1. Select the queue from the list.
  2. In the Queue Details section, enter the updates on the Queue tab and/or Membership tab.

    Note: You may not update a personal queue if you have assigned more than one member or supervisor to the queue. If you have a shared queue with multiple members or supervisors, and wish to change it to a personal queue, you must first remove all but one member and supervisor from the queue.

  3. Select Update Queue.
