Viewing Queue Activity

  1. Select the queue from the list.
  2. In the Queue Details section, select the Activity Log tab.
  3. To view the Queue activity, select List.

    Note: You may optionally specify filter criteria before selecting List.

  4. To view the details of a specific activity entry, double-click the activity row in the grid.
