Finding a Contact for an Interaction

To find the contact, enter information about the contact and/or site in the top section of the form and select the Rolodex icon. If enough information has been supplied to uniquely identify the contact, the form will automatically fill in the data. If enough information was not supplied, the Select Contact form will open.

A site must be identified for the contact. However, the form will still display interactions not associated with sites that were created with the Clarify Classic Client.

Once a contact is identified, three new tabs are added to the form: Interactions, History, and Flashes.
