The History tab displays all history associated with either the interaction's contact or site. The historical information includes any Action Items, Cases, Interactions, Opportunities, Quotes, Scripts, and Subcases. Each object type is displayed in a different color, and some of the types (cases, subcases, and interactions) may be opened by double clicking the row.
To filter the history shown for the contact or site, use the filters on the top of the tab and select List.
