Dovetail Carrier includes an email listening service, which monitors one or more POP3 or IMAP email accounts for incoming email. This listening service produces an IncomingEmail message for each email message received.
Dovetail Carrier includes OutgoingCommunicationPublisher.exe, which is a command line application that produces an OutgoingCommunication message. This utility can be called from a business rule processed by RuleManager when a communication email needs to be sent.
