Privileges in Dovetail Mobile Agent are administered the same way as privileges in Dovetail Admin and Dovetail Agent.
There is a Mobile application privilege. This allows administrators to allow or deny access to the entire Dovetail Mobile Agent application based on Privilege Class.
Note: If this privilege does not exist in your database, then all users will have access to Dovetail Mobile Agent.
Operation privileges enable or disable individual operations, such as Create Case, Close Case, Dispatch, Create Subcase, etc.
Dovetail Mobile Agent uses the same privileges for operations as Dovetail Agent.
Grant access to the individual operation privileges using Dovetail Admin.
