The password_reset.dat file contains a template used when sending an email to a user who has requested that their password be reset. This must be imported into your database.
Import the password_reset.dat file into your database. This file is located in the files subdirectory under where Dovetail Mobile Agent was installed. (Refer to Import the Privclass DAT file for instructions on how to import a DAT file.)
