In API Invoke Mode, Dovetail Email Agent invokes requested APIs and returns the results in a reply email. Dovetail Email Agent can be configured to execute custom-built APIs (provided they adhere to a few requirements), or it can execute API toolkits purchased from Dovetail Software, such as the Clear Support toolkit.
