In EEO Redirect Mode, Dovetail Email Agent will process specially marked messages sent from the Dovetail Enhanced Email Out product and re-send them using a different, configurable "FROM:" address. This allows you have all outgoing support emails appear to come from the same email address (i.e. support@yourcompany.com).
