Dovetail Email Agent has the capability to store all incoming and outgoing emails as EML files. This feature is typically only used for debugging purposes, or in high-security or auditing scenarios. This feature can be enabled by setting the enableEmailTracking parameter to true in the email-agent-config.xml file. The directory where these files are saved can be defined using the emailTrackingPath parameter.
