Console Drag-and-Drop
Users can drag-and-drop items in the console. Depending on the object selected, and where it is dropped, the following operations can be performed:
- Dispatch - Drag an open (non-dispatched) item from a Wipbin to a Queue
- Accept - Drag a dispatched item from a Queue to a Wipbin
- Reject-Forward - Drag a dispatched item from a Queue to another Queue
- Move - Drag an open (non-dispatched) item from a Wipbin to another Wipbin
