Attaching Search Results to a Case

When an attachment is returned as a search result, users can click Attach To Case to attach it to the case. The Clarify Classic Client automatically uses the attachment file name as the name of the attachment, which can violate the premise that attachment names are unique for a given case. Dovetail Agent prompts the user for an attachment name and lets the user know if the attachment name is already in use.
