Processing Part Request Orders

Users handle part request orders with the Part Request Order Processing form.

The upper portion of the form contains a grid that shows each detail line of the current part request by request ID. The links at the right of the form provide quick access to other processes. For example, users can dispatch or close a part request, or view its header without having to return to the part request header form.

This section describes how to pick parts, fulfill part requests, ship orders, and track received orders with the Part Request Order Processing form.

To open the Part Request Order Processing form

1. From the Control Pane, go to Select > Part Request.
2. Enter search criteria and select List.
3. Select a part request from the list and then click Details in the right pane.
4. Roll over Actions in the right pane and choose one of the following: Pick, Fulfill, Ship or Receive. The Part Request Order Processing form will open.

   Note: A Request Detail must first be created before the Actions link appears.
