Use the Move tab to move site parts within a site, to a site, or from a site. If a site part is moved that has a BOM (children site parts), those children will be moved as well as the selected site part.
To control how the sites are used for the origination and destination locations, use the Direction radio buttons described in this section.
To move FROM the site above
To force the selected site part to a new location, choose the From the Site Above radio button.
Select the destination site on the tab. This site can be selected by specifying the Site Id and/or Name, then clicking on the check button. This will bring up the Select Site form, and the correct site can be chosen. Once the destination site is selected, the configuration tree for that site will be shown in the tab frame.
Click the destination location (site, bin, or parent part). If it is a valid destination for the site part selected in the upper configuration tree, the Move button will be enabled.
Select the Move button.
To move TO the site above
If the To the Site Above button is selected on the tab, select a site part on the tab by identifying the source site, and then select the site part to be moved.
Select the Move button. When the Move button is selected, the selected site part on the tab will be moved under the selected site, bin, or site part in the top treeview control.
