Site Configuration Management

To open the Site Configuration Manager form, go to Select > Site from the Control Pane. Once a site is selected, select the Config Mgr link on the right.

With Dovetail Agent, the Site Configuration Manager form is used to manage (install, de-install, re-install, and move) site parts, and to manage (add, change, and delete) site bins. Each of the tabs on the form has a different function.

The top treeview on the form mimics the look of the hierarchy shown on the Site page. It shows all of the bins and site parts installed at the site. By single-clicking on a site, site part, or bin, that location can be used as the place to install new site parts or bins.

To see the object details, double-click any of the site parts or site bins.

If the site or a site part is selected, then the activity log for that object can be viewed by clicking on the Activity Log button on the right side of the form.
