Once the MSI installation package has completed, you must edit two configuration files.
The configuration file for the Windows Service is named EmailAgentService.exe.config and is located in the installation directory (typically C:\Program Files\Dovetail Software\Email Agent). Review the Service Configuration guide for more details.
The configuration file for Dovetail Email Agent's operation is named email-agent-config.xml and is located in the installation directory (typically C:\Program Files\Dovetail Software\Email Agent). Review the Dovetail Email Agent Configuration Guide for more details.
