From the Preferences tab, you can modify individual profile preferences. To save any changes, click Save.

Enter phone number for notification

Notifier Preferences

 

Enabled

Turn notifications On or Off using the dropdown list.

Notify Immediate

To post the Notifier page immediately when a new message arrives, select True. Otherwise, select False.

Show New Messages in

To select the color of new messages on the Notifier page, use the dropdown list.

Refresh rate

Enter, in seconds, how often the Notifier should check for new messages.

Notification: During Normal Business Hours

High

Select the best option for High urgency notification

Medium

Select the best option for Medium urgency notification

Low

Select the best option for Low urgency notification

Notification: After Business Hours

High

Select the best option for High urgency notification

Medium

Select the best option for Medium urgency notification

Low

Select the best option for Low urgency notification

Other Preferences

 

Auto-Destination

Select an auto-destination for dispatched objects:

  • Show Choices: This option allows the use of a preselected queue or a new queue.
  • Never: Use this option to select the queue manually.
  • Automatic: This option automatically chooses which queue a case is dispatched to.

Restriction Group

To select which restriction group to work in, select a group from the dropdown list.

Note: This list only appears if the database is enabled for Data Restriction.
