EEO Enabled

To enable EEO, select True. Otherwise, select False.

Include Signature

To automatically load the user's default Outlook signature into the body of new messages, select True. Otherwise, select False.

Subject and Body Fields

Here the user can set the default subject and body text used for new messages. A combination of freeform text and variables can be used for both. For example:

• Subject String:
  About %%OBJECT_TYPE%% %%CASE_ID%% - %%TITLE%%
  Translates to:
  About Case 100 - This is the case title
• Body String:
  This is body text for %%OBJECT_TYPE%% %%CASE_ID%%\n%%TITLE%%
  Translates to:
  This is body text for Case 100
  This is the case title

To add a variable to the subject or body:

1. From the Variables dropdown list, select a variable.
2. To add the variable to the subject or body, click Add to Subject or Add to Body.
3. Select Save.

Check Outlook Integration

EEO communicates with Outlook using the Outlook Redemption library. Use this button to check if this connection is working.
