Search

Dovetail Mobile Agent uses Dovetail Seeker to enable users and agents to search for cases, subcases, contacts, and solutions. The types of items returned by search depends on the user. An authenticated user can search for everything, while unauthenticated users can only search for public solutions. Users can also search for cases, subcases, and solutions by ID number.

  1. From the Home screen, select Search.
  2. Enter your search criteria and select Go.

    The search results list all items matching your search criteria.

    When your search matches a case, subcase, or solution identifier (e.g. "3"), the listing will show a short summary of that item at the top of the search results.

  3. Select the result to view the full details of that object.
