Monitoring workgroup activities

You can view all of your workgroup's activities from Your Workgroup's Recent Activity page.

  1. From the Home screen, select Your Workgroup's Recent Activity.

    The screen lists all of your workgroup's case and subcase activities for the last day. To expand the list, select Last 3 Days or Last 7 Days.

  2. From this page, you can perform the following actions:

Agent Workgroup Administration

Dovetail customers can change the workgroup an agent belongs to using Dovetail Agent or Dovetail Admin.
