You can view all of your workgroup's activities from Your Workgroup's Recent Activity page.
From the Home screen, select Your Workgroup's Recent Activity.
The screen lists all of your workgroup's case and subcase activities for the last day. To expand the list, select Last 3 Days or Last 7 Days.
From this page, you can perform the following actions:
Select the case or subcase to view the details of that object.
Select the case owner's name to view information about the employee, including their phone number, email address, workgroup name, queue membership, and their open items.
Agent Workgroup Administration
Dovetail customers can change the workgroup an agent belongs to using Dovetail Agent or Dovetail Admin.
