Viewing cases or subcases in your queues

The Home screen lists all of your queues that contain cases or subcases.

  1. From the Home screen, select a queue from the My Queues With Items section. If no queues appear, none of your queues currently contain any cases or subcases.
  2. Select the case or subcase to view the details of that object.
