Working with solutions

Dovetail Mobile Agent exposes your Dovetail CRM knowledge base to your mobile customers and agents. A common scenario for an agent is to recommend that a customer apply a known solution to a problem. Dovetail Mobile Agent allows your agents to easily Send A Solution as an email logged to a case.

To Send a Solution to a Case

  1. When viewing a solution click on the Send To Case link.
  2. Select a case to receive the solution.
  3. Review the contents of the email to be sent to the case contact.
  4. Optionally you can uncheck Link Solution To Case
