Please enter terms you wish to search for.
For example: "I can't connect to the VPN Server".

Here are some helpful tips to help you find what you're looking for.

"AND" Search

To find results that include all search terms, add an uppercase AND between the terms. For example, here's how you would find information on powerpoint and macintosh:

powerpoint AND macintosh

Automatic "AND" Search

Searching on both of two terms is the default behavior, so technically the AND operator isn't required, as seen here:

powerpoint macintosh

"OR" Search

To find results that includes either of two search terms, add an uppercase OR between the terms. For example, here's how you'd find information on powerpoint or keynote:

powerpoint OR keynote

Specific Property Search

You can search for a specific property on an object, such as for the id on a case or solution. For example, here's how you'd find a case or solution with an id of 122:

id:122

Wildcard Search

Single and multiple character wildcard searches within single terms are supported.

To perform a single character wildcard search use the "?" symbol. For example, to search for "text" or "test" you can use the search:

te?t

To perform a multiple character wildcard search use the "*" symbol. For example, to search for test, tests or tester, you can use the search:

test*

You can also use the wildcard searches in the middle of a term:

te*t
