Locations Stocking the Part

The Locations Stocking the Part grid shows the inventory locations that contain the requested part, along with a description of the inventory location. The initial grid of locations are filled with those locations associated with the site. If no locations appear (they may not contain the part), check the Show all locations check box. This will show all the locations on the system containing the part needed. When selecting a location from this list, the parts list on the right side of the form changes accordingly. The default locations shown are at the customer service organization's physical site.

• To see all the locations, check the Show all locations check box. This option allows for picking locations other than those associated with the user's site (for example, at a field office or a customer's site).
• Select a status from the Status pop-up list, either "In Process" (the default) or "Staged."
• To see the parts in an inventory location, click on the location row. This action will fill the Selected Location's Inventory Parts grid with all of the matching parts for that location.
