Printing a Pick List

Printing a pick list provides a hardcopy document to assist in retrieving parts from the warehouse location(s) where they are stored. A pick list helps warehouse employees find parts more quickly, and it provides a paper trail for traceability. The pick list can contain details of the specific part selected or simply the part numbers that are needed.

To print a pick list

  1. From the Part Request Order Processing form, choose the Pick tab.
  2. In the Locations Stocking the Part grid, select the inventory location to pick from, OR in the Selected Location's Inventory Parts grid, select the part to pick.
  3. Select the Print List button.
