The Selected Location's Inventory Parts grid shows the quantity of the requested part at the inventory location selected in the Locations Stocking the Part grid. Serialized parts are shown individually by serial number. Select a part by clicking on the part row.
The grid displays the following information: the bin name (if any) that contains the part, the request ID for which the part has been picked, good quantity, bad quantity, good reserved, bad reserved, the serial number, who the part was picked by, and the date received.
If a Part Request ID is displayed in the Picked by column, that part cannot be picked. Another entry must be chosen.
For serialized parts, if the Show By option is Summary, all of the parts in each inventory location will be grouped together in one row of the grid. If the Show By option is Detail, each serialized part will be shown on a separate row of the grid.
