Changing the Parent Case

Instead of detaching from the current parent case and attaching to another one, you can select Change Parent and select a new parent case on the Parent Case tab. The New Parent Case section appears:

Once the new candidate case is verified, the tab changes to:

Until you click Attach to replace the parent case, you can click Cancel or try to find another case.
