When you open a parent case, the following Child Cases tab is available:
The grid will initially display up to seven child cases.
To select search criteria for the list of child cases, click Enable Filter.
To detach a child case from its parent case, select it on the list and click Detach.
To find and attach new child cases, click Search For New Child Cases. See the Attaching Multiple Child Cases to a Parent Case section for details.
