Use the Edit Form to create and modify queries. This form is very similar to the Clarify form.
A query is made up primarily of clauses, which are conditions that are queried (all of them must be true) to find results. For example, use two clauses to search for all sites that are located in Texas that have at least one copy of Microsoft Word installed at the site.
If users have the Complex Query privilege turned on, they will use a different version of the Edit Form to create and modify queries. For information about the complex form, go to the Complex Query Edit Form section.
