Dovetail Email Agent takes advantage of the powerful and flexible logging features built into the Dovetail SDK. This makes it easier to troubleshoot and diagnose problems that may arise as well as audit and monitor the health of Dovetail Email Agent. Logging settings can be changed on-the-fly at runtime without having to stop the service and restart it. Changes are seen immediately.
Also, Dovetail Email Agent has the option of archiving every email received and sent for debugging, auditing, or tracking purposes. For more information, see the Email Tracking section.
