The Reports section on the Control Pane contains a number of common reports, trends, and dashboard type views. In general, these are meant to be examples of the reporting infrastructure capabilities. You can customize and add reports as required for your business needs.
The reports use the Dovetail SDK for querying the database, and use two Flash components: one for charts (line, column, bar, etc.) and one for gauges (dials). The two flash components, XML/SWF Charts and XML/SWF Gauge, are licensed from maani.us. To view full reference documentation for these components, visit maani.us.
