Dovetail Agent supports automatic zip code lookup. On the address page, when a user enters a zip code, or an international postal code, Dovetail Agent automatically fills in the associated city, state, country, and time zone. The product works on the base address forms, and it can be customized on any new forms created.
Dovetail Agent does not ship with predefined zip code data. The system ships with the database schema for zip codes, and zip codes can be added by either purchasing zip code data or by entering it manually in Dovetail Admin.
