Dovetail Agent's Recently Opened Objects Monitor (ROOM) works much like the File menu in Microsoft Word or Excel - it keeps track of objects that the user recently opened. ROOM displays the recent objects in a dropdown list in the Control Pane. To open an object, select it in the list. The first item in the list (the most recent) can be opened by clicking on the Open link right below the list.
ROOM remembers objects such as cases, subcases, solutions, change requests, contacts, and sites. You can also add other objects to the ROOM-enabled list. For more details on this customization, please contact Dovetail Software.
