Dovetail Agent's Enhanced Email Out (EEO) works much like Clarify Email Out, but it also has new functionality: a subject line, blind carbon copies (Bcc), multiple attachments, a Clarify contacts address book, access to Outlook address books, return receipt, and more.
Access to EEO can be controlled using privilege classes in Dovetail Admin. Users can also choose whether or not to use EEO by changing a setting in their Dovetail Agent profile by going to User > Profile > EEO tab.
EEO requires a Microsoft Outlook client, and it uses the Redemption library to communicate with Outlook. To use EEO, install the Redemption library on each client machine. Users can check if the library is installed, and if IE is configured properly, by going to User > Profile > EEO tab > Check Outlook Integration button.
