Emails containing stop words
When Dovetail Carrier processes an incoming email message, if the message contains stop or spam words, the email is simply deleted.
The list of patterns used for determining when an email is spam are defined in the stopWordPatterns.config file. The patterns in this file can be modified to suit specific business needs.
